Phil Marraccini
Executive Vice President, Operations
Phil Marraccini has been with CitationAir since April 1999. During his tenure, Phil has held positions as Captain, Chief Pilot Director of Flight Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations. Most recently, Phil served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for six years. Phil has also served on the Westchester County Airport Advisory Board for 17 years, most recently as its Vice Chair, and also served as Mayor of Harrison, New York for four years. As Executive Vice President, Operations, Phil manages the execution of the daily flight schedule and is responsible for our Pilots and Flight Department, Dispatch, Training, Standardization and Flight Administration departments. Phil has more than 40 years of flight experience, and holds a JD Degree from Fordham University and a MBA in Finance from Pace University.
