Phil Marraccini has been with CitationAir since April, 1999. He has over 21 years of legal experience in the corporate and financial areas, including the Wall Street firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and positions as Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel for major New York City financial institutions. Mr. Marraccini served on the Westchester County Airport Advisory Board for 17 years, most recently as its Vice Chair, and also served as Mayor of Harrison, New York for four years. Mr. Marraccini has a JD Degree from Fordham University and a MBA in Finance from Pace University.
