Steve O'Neill, founder of CitationAir and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the company. Prior to CitationAir, Mr. O'Neill founded National Health Care Resources, Inc., a medical cost containment company. Mr. O'Neill also worked in various institutional sales and corporate finance roles for Salomon Brothers and Greenwich Capital Markets. He is a graduate of New York University.
