CITATIONSHARES APPOINTS KEN EMERICK TO PENETRATE CORPORATE FLIGHT DEPARTMENT MARKET

GREENWICH, CT., August 7, 2009 – CitationShares, one of the world’s leading private aviation companies, has hired Ken Emerick as a consultant to help the company reach out to corporate flight departments, an increasingly important market. He will be responsible for developing relationships with flight department leaders around the country and sharing with them the full range of programs that CitationShares has to service their need to become even more efficient and effective.
Ken comes to CitationShares with many years’ experience in corporate aviation, most recently at General Motors, where he was the Executive Director Worldwide Travel services. In this role, he developed GM’s corporate flight department into a world class, best practices organization widely recognized as a leader in the aviation industry. Additionally, Ken contributed extensively to the support of Business aviation through his involvement with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). He was Chairman of the Board from 2004 -2007 and served on many important committees over his near decade on the board of the organization.
