JET MANAGMENT: FAQ
What is Jet Management?
CitationAir's Jet Management program offers Citation aircraft buyers a unique opportunity to have their aircraft managed and maintained under the rigorous service and safety standards for which CitationAir is known.
Who maintains my aircraft?
CitationAir's maintenance team, along with Cessna Service Center personnel, manages all aspects of maintaining your aircraft in accordance with Cessna’s approved program.
What happens when my aircraft is in maintenance?
Jet Managment customers have access to CitationAir’s entire fleet at any time whether the aircraft is in scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. CitationAir will provide a substitute aircraft of the same model type.
How is revenue generated for the customer under the Jet Management program?
CitationAir will guarantee the use of the aircraft in order to support and backup our fleet, making the aircraft available to our Jet Shares and Jet Card customers when not in use. In doing so, we generate meaningful revenue for our Jet Management aircraft owners, which offsets the cost of ownership.
What are some other benefits of the Jet Management program?
Simultaneous Usage – Customers can arrange to use multiple aircraft at the same time.
Guaranteed Availability – If your own aircraft is undergoing scheduled maintenance, CitationAir will provide a substitute aircraft of the same model type.
Upgrades and Downgrades – Jet Management allows you to match the right aircraft to your needs. Save fuel costs on short flights by arranging for smaller aircraft or elect to upgrade to the comfort of the spacious Sovereign for longer trips.
