We are continually looking to innovate and drive overall value to our private jet card customers. We listened to our customers, researched our cost drivers, and came to the conclusion that pricing all 365 days of the year the same was supporting Peak travel costs at the expense of non-Peak travelers.

We overcame this obstacle by pricing the 355 non-Peak days at rates that offer year round savings, while charging market rates for the 10 Peak Days. With this product, customers pay less on 97.3% of the days of the year, and CitationAir is better able to manage Peak day travel. The impact? A reduction in the need for charter as well as operational costs associated with charter, thereby delivering more value and consistent service to our customers.

Our reinvented Jet Card offers two options:

Option 1: Our Jet Card option offers significant savings 355 days per year, while still giving you 365 day access. Fly on the 10 most frequently traveled days (Peak Days) and pay the market  rate. Have the benefit of guaranteed access to your select aircraft and access to the rest of the fleet as available.

Option 2: Our Fleet Jet Card option allows you access to our full fleet all year long for a small premium on the Single-Aircraft non-Peak rates. Fly on the 10 most frequently traveled days (Peak days) and pay the market rate. Access to our full fleet for each and every trip is guaranteed.

The CitationAir Jet Card is comprehensive with no international fees, no handling fees and no repositioning fees. With one easy payment and a simple, short agreement, you’re ready to fly.

With both of our Jet Card products, you will enjoy:

• Ability to fly any day of the year with no blackout days
• Refund option at end of contract terms for a 5% transaction fee on the unused balance, or before contract term ends for a 10% transaction fee on the unused balance
• Rates locked in for the contract term, unlike the competition who raises
  their rates every January 1
• Ability to add funds to your account at any time
• Guaranteed response time of 12 hours**
• Fixed scheduling on 335 days of the year; trips can be adjusted +/- three hours on a Peak day or Flex day (maximum of 30 days total)
• Minimum $100,000 deposit
